The Existential Emporium is an immersive live art exhibition that explores mindfulness as performance. The individual pieces displayed in the Emporium can stand alone as solo performances or be presented collectively as an immersive theatre experience. This presentation allows the audience to engage in a series of existential exercises designed to bring awareness to aspects of traditional meditative practices such as concentration, visualization, and mind/body connection. Developed while in residency at the University of Chichester and The California Institute of Integral Studies, The Existential Emporium premiered at The New Experimental Works Festival as an educational workshop. It was later presented in partnership with the Richland Branch Nashville Public Library as an interactive exhibition for the 2017 Nashville Sideshow Fringe Festival.
